Distance Sales Agreement

Unfortunately, the capacity in the parcel centers is currently exhausted. This is why your shipments are currently taking significantly longer than usual. The employees there are also not immune to the corona virus: While they are currently transporting far more shipments than ever before, their work processes are significantly less efficient in many areas due to the corona virus.

As a result, our orders for goods are currently arriving later than usual and the delivery times indicated on the products may be slightly longer.

We ask for your understanding for the current situation, which unfortunately we could not have foreseen to this extent either.
